01 Enquiry & Booking Assistance
Tourify.in provides tour planning, enquiry handling, and booking assistance for domestic and international travel. All itineraries, quotations, and package details shared with you are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of enquiry.
Submitting an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, phone, or email does not automatically confirm a booking. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Tourify.in.
02 Package Availability
All tour packages, hotel categories, and travel dates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Availability shown during initial enquiry may change due to demand, seasonality, or vendor updates, and will be reconfirmed before final booking.
03 Pricing Changes
Package prices are indicative and may change due to factors including but not limited to currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, seasonal demand, hotel rate revisions, and airline fare changes. Any price change will be communicated to you before final confirmation of your booking.
04 Payment Terms
- An advance payment is required to confirm any package booking.
- The balance amount must be cleared before the travel date, as specified at the time of booking.
- Payment schedules may vary for international tours, group tours, and peak-season travel.
05 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the policies of the respective hotel, airline, transport provider, or tour vendor associated with your booking. Tourify.in will communicate the applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking and will assist in processing eligible refunds, where applicable, minus any non-refundable components.
06 Customer Responsibility for Documents
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents — including valid identity proof, passports, visas, and any other government-mandated documentation — are accurate and valid for the duration of travel. Tourify.in is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or travel disruptions caused by invalid or incomplete documentation.
07 Travel Dates & Itinerary Changes
Any changes to confirmed travel dates or itineraries requested by the customer are subject to availability and may attract additional charges levied by hotels, airlines, or vendors. Tourify.in will inform customers of any such charges before processing the change.
08 Communication Consent
By submitting an enquiry or booking through Tourify.in, you consent to receive communication related to your enquiry, travel updates, support, and promotional offers via WhatsApp, RCS SMS, Email, and Voice Call. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time by contacting us directly.
09 Limitation of Liability
Tourify.in acts as a facilitator between customers and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and local vendors. While we take care to work only with verified partners, Tourify.in is not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages arising from the actions, negligence, or service failures of these third-party providers, or from events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, political disruptions, or government restrictions).
